Calcium Petroleum Sulphonate TBN 30 is a high molecular 30 TBN calcium sulfonate. The increased oil solubility of the organic portion of this sulfonate enables the product to provide rust protection and acts as dispersant for graphite and molybdenum disulfide. It can be used as an additive in lubricating oils, greases, rust inhibition, antiwear and hydraulic fluids.

Formulations
Calcium Petroleum Sulphonate TBN 30 is recommended for use at 0.5% to10.0%wt. In suitable bases tocks to provide detergency & anti-rust performance characteristics to oils. It is compatible with mineral base oils, white oils, and synthetic base stocks.

Application

• Imparts excellent rust prevention, detergency and Anti oxidant Properties.

Handling & Storage

Calcium Petroleum Sulphonate TBN 30 is a Calcium Sulfonate is normally handled at room temperature. For general purposes, the following storage and handling temperatures are recommended: Storage Handling 50-70°C (122-158°F).
